O uso de jogos sérios e aplicações gamificadas para processos participativos em planejamento territorial

Resumo


Introdução: A participação cidadã no planejamento urbano brasileiro enfrenta muitos desafios. Jogos sérios digitais e gamificação surgem como alternativas para o empoderamento social e a compreensão territorial. Objetivo: Analisar as possibilidades e limitações desses jogos em processos participativos do planejamento territorial. Metodologia: Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (2018-2022) nas bases Scopus, Web of Science, CAPES, SBGames e DiGRA. Resultados: Os jogos facilitam a virtualização espacial e simulação de cenários, otimizando a comunicação entre técnicos e leigos. Contudo, a exclusão digital de idosos, os custos e o risco de uso instrumental para chancelar decisões pré-tomadas são limitações críticas.
