A Experiência do Usuário em Controles Acessíveis para Jogos Digitais

Resumo


Introdução: Embora os jogos digitais tenham se consolidado como entretenimento de massa, controles tradicionais ainda impõem barreiras de acessibilidade que afetam a UX. Objetivo: Analisar a UX em controles adaptativos, identificando contribuições e limitações. Metodologia: Aplicou-se o modelo MALTU a 51 PRUs coletadas no Google Reviews e classificadas segundo intenção, usabilidade e UX. Resultados Preliminares: Predominaram avaliações positivas relacionadas à inclusão e personalização. Contudo, foram identificados problemas de ergonomia, conectividade, compatibilidade e custo. O Access Controller recebeu críticas pelo preço e dependência de outro controle, enquanto o Xbox Adaptive Controller apresentou relatos de latência e limitações de compatibilidade.
