Identificação de Pesquisas Referentes ao Engajamento de Alunos em Plataformas de LMS e suas Relações com o Desempenho Acadêmico

Resumo

A Educação a Distância (EAD) vem assumindo um importante papel nos modelos de acesso à educação. No entanto, muitos alunos não fazem uso das ferramentas e recursos disponíveis de uma forma que irá maximizar a aprendizagem. Logo, isso é refletido na média do quantitativo de concluintes nesta categoria que é de 15-25%. Diante disso, este artigo visa usar a EDM para mostrar a relação do engajamento dos alunos em plataformas LMS com o desempenho dos mesmos. Na análise, é apresentado algumas pesquisas que abordam esse tema. Apesar disso, é mostrado que existe escassez no que se diz respeito a trabalhos que apresentam dados e soluções para auxiliar professores e alunos a intervirem em casos de possíveis evasões.
