Avaliação de Desempenho Humano como Parte Integrada da Metodologia de Criação de Jogos Sérios para Treinamento
Resumo
Este artigo apresenta uma metodologia para construir e desenvolver avaliação de desempenho de aprendizes em jogos sérios, baseado em procedimentos e normas e nas dimensões de erros humanos. O diferencial desta metodologia é o desenvolvimento colaborativo de jogos sérios que integra os requisitos de jogos, simulações, treinamento ao domínio de aplicação, em modelos formais que contem os pontos de avaliação e feedback dentro da simulação. O estado da arte é apresentado e comparado com a solução proposta. Como prova de conceito, é apresentado o design e desenvolvimento da avaliação para um jogo sério de combate a incêndio. As experiências obtidas e os desafios encontrados são também descritos.
