Um Mapeamento Sistemático da Literatura sobre Avaliação da Comunicabilidade em Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem
Resumo
Os AVAs são infraestruturas digitais que apoiam atividades acadêmicas. Neste sentido, investigar a avaliação da comunicabilidade em AVAs é relevante, pois falhas de comunicação podem gerar rupturas na comunicabilidade. Para identificar e caracterizar essas tecnologias de avaliação, realizou-se um Mapeamento Sistemático da Literatura nas bases de dados ACM, IEEE, Scopus, SOL e Springer. Dos 193 artigos identificados, seis foram analisados. Os resultados indicam predominância de estudos no ensino superior, com foco no Moodle. Há ênfase na identificação de problemas de comunicabilidade, mas poucas propostas de solução. As evidências concentram-se em rupturas de comunicabilidade, com baixa incidência de estratégias de mitigação.
