Um Framework para Desenvolvimento de Tecnologias Educacionais em Contextos de Deserto Digital
Resumo
Este artigo apresenta o TECA, um framework sociotécnico para desenvolver tecnologias educacionais em contextos de deserto digital. Com base em revisão narrativa estruturada, comparação metodológica e instanciação longitudinal, o TECA organiza o projeto em cinco fases: Territorialidade, Ecossistema, Cultura, Ação e Avaliação Situada. Sua aplicação a uma tecnologia tangível de alfabetização mostra como restrições situadas orientaram operação offline, feedback multimodal, baixa configuração, mediação docente e reprojeto físico, preservando a rastreabilidade entre contexto, requisitos e decisões.
