The Proceedings of the 18th Brazilian Symposium on Software Quality (SBQS 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the Fortaleza-CE. In this issue, the proceedings include 35 full papers. These papers were selected through a blind review, from a total of 99 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 35%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Gleison Santos (UNIRIO), Marcello Thiry (UNIVALI), Rodrigo Santos (UNIRIO), Monalessa Perini Barcellos (UFES), Ivan C. Machado (UFBA), and Sandro Bezerra (UFPA) who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/15/2019, accepted for publication on 08/30/2019, with the final version submitted on 09/06/2019.
