Impactos do Isolamento Social provocado pela pandemia de COVID-19 na Relação entre Comunicação Informal e Proximidade Física

Resumo


Este trabalho visa analisar como a relação entre a comunicação informal e a proximidade física foi afetada no contexto da pandemia de COVID-19. A pesquisa foi realizada através de um survey com profissionais de tecnologia da informação com 188 respostas válidas. A análise dos dados mostrou que a proximidade física existente anteriormente à pandemia favoreceu a existência de interações sociais entre os envolvidos, contudo esta proximidade não foi capaz de manter sua relação com a comunicação informal de forma significativa durante a pandemia.
