Inter- e Intra-relações entre Comunicação, Coordenação e Cooperação
Resumo
Baseado no modelo 3C de colaboração, neste artigo descreve-se como diversas formas de colaborar são mapeadas nos inter-relacionamentos entre comunicação, coordenação e cooperação. Também é visto, em virtude das intra-relações entre estas dimensões, como é necessário dar suporte computacional para estas três dimensões da colaboração no groupware independentemente do seu propósito específico. Estas inter- e intra-relações são consideradas no ciclo de desenvolvimento da Engenharia de Groupware.
