Do Apagão das Novas Tecnologias aos Novos Usos do Digital: O Caso dos Produtores Rurais em Breves, PA
Resumo
Este artigo analisa como as tecnologias digitais se integram ao ambiente de vivência e trabalho dos/as agricultores que moram no entorno da rodovia PA-159, em um perímetro que abrange 5 comunidades rurais na Ilha do Marajó, PA. Ele apresenta como a chegada da internet, e, mais especificamente, de comunicadores instantâneos, está afetando a atividade econômica dos membros destas comunidades, incluindo as tecnologias.
