A Integração de LLMs no Desenvolvimento Colaborativo de Software: Uma Análise Sociotécnica no GitHub Discussions

Resumo


A incorporação de Large Language Models (LLMs) ao desenvolvimento de software tem reconfigurado a dinâmicas de interação humano–humano, mas a externalização pública dessas interações em ecossistemas colaborativos permanece pouco explorada. Este estudo investiga por que desenvolvedores compartilham links do ChatGPT no GitHub Discussions, analisando o dataset DevGPT sob o modelo 3C+P (Comunicação, Coordenação, Cooperação e Percepção). A análise temática revela quatro categorias: contextualização de dúvidas, proposição de ideias, proposição de soluções e busca por validação. Os resultados indicam que LLMs atuam como mediadores cognitivos em estágios pré-deliberativos, reconfigurando a comunicação, redistribuindo a carga cooperativa e ampliando a percepção coletiva ao externalizar raciocínios privados. Argumenta-se que essas interações operam como Artefatos de Negociação de Fronteira digitais, redefinindo o papel da IA em ecossistemas colaborativos.
