Investigando os impactos da inteligência artificial no trabalho em equipe: oportunidades e desafios para socialização
Resumo
O uso da inteligência artificial generativa tem se popularizado no ambiente organizacional criando um paradoxo entre o aumento da produtividade e os riscos relacionados aos fatores humanos em equipes de trabalho. Este estudo exploratório tem como objetivo entender o impacto na socialização em equipes a partir da crescente interação individual com aplicativos e agentes de inteligência artificial. Utilizando uma revisão rápida de literatura nas bases Scopus e SBC-OpenLib, os resultados preliminares mostram que o impacto da inteligência artificial na socialização depende da intencionalidade para mitigar riscos às interações sociais e à criação de conhecimento organizacional.
