Impacto da Experiência Profissional e da Geração na Colaboração em Equipes de Sistemas de Informação
Resumo
Produzir novos conhecimentos e soluções inovadoras são desafios para as organizações e para os seus Sistemas de Informação (SI). A geração tanto de conhecimento como de inovação está intimamente relacionada à colaboração entre profissionais para além do escopo de habilidades e conhecimentos individuais específicos. Esta pesquisa visa investigar como as experiências profissionais heterogêneas intervém na colaboração em equipes de SI compostas por integrantes de diferentes gerações. Almeja-se o desenvolvimento de um conjunto de boas práticas de apoio a essas equipes, bem como o suporte tecnológico associado.
