Canais de Comunicação e seus Desafios: uma Análise das Equipes de Desenvolvimento de Software durante a Pandemia de COVID-19
Resumo
Desenvolvedores usam ferramentas tecnológicas que contribuem para a fluidez de suas atividades. Canais de comunicação proporcionados por essas ferramentas contribuem para a cultura participativa do desenvolvimento de software, onde os requisitos incluem envolvimento, aprendizado e coprodução do código. A escolha dos canais de apoio ao desenvolvimento ainda é uma questão em aberto. Por meio de uma investigação de equipes de software remotas fechadas de uma grande instituição educacional pública no Brasil durante a Pandemia do COVID-19, identificamos seus canais de comunicação preferidos e os analisamos para aprender como melhorar a colaboração.
