Abstract

This article underscores the importance of computer proficiency for success in the digital society of this century and how the integration of computational thinking and the metaverse can benefit the educational environment. The research proposal is an integrated approach involving pedagogical strategies and teaching practices, covering everything from curriculum development to the implementation of practical activities. Key elements of the model include curriculum development, pedagogical resources, and collaborative projects that incorporate the teaching of computational thinking within the context of the metaverse, specifically tailored for elementary school students.
