Colaboração na Transformação Digital: Estruturando um Modelo para Alinhamento Estratégico entre TI e Negócios

Resumo


A Transformação Digital (TD) é fundamental para melhorar a competitividade organizacional, mas frequentemente encontra barreiras culturais e organizacionais que dificultam o alinhamento estratégico entre TI e negócios. Este estudo investiga como práticas colaborativas podem superar essas barreiras, promovendo sinergia e eficiência organizacional. Por meio de um Mapeamento Sistemático da Literatura (MSL) que analisou 21 estudos, identificamos padrões e práticas eficazes. Com base nesses achados, propomos um framework colaborativo voltado ao fortalecimento do alinhamento estratégico e guiar organizações em diferentes níveis de maturidade digital.
