Uma proposta de curva de utilidade do espectro de radiofrequência para os agentes do setor de telecomunicações móveis brasileiro
Resumo
A transformação digital está se tornando cada vez mais essencial para que as empresas alcancem maior eficiência e diferentes modelos de negócio. No setor de telecomunicações, a evolução tecnológica torna as infraestruturas de redes e provisionamento de serviços mais flexíveis e ágeis, fazendo com que as operadoras busquem superar desafios tecnológicos e organizacionais para obter o retorno esperado dos investimentos e novos fluxos de receita. Este artigo apresenta uma proposta de pesquisa que propicia modelar a curva de utilidade do espectro para os agentes do setor de telecomunicações móvel brasileiro, considerando as estratégias de cooperação/competitividade entre os agentes e a crescente demanda por novos produtos e serviços.
