Abstract

Business transactions usually involve negotiation between several business partners and is only concluded after all parameters (such as price (such as price, product quality and delivery times) relating to the negotiation have negotiation have been evaluated. This process can be very time considering today's negotiation scenarios. Information Information Technology (IT) plays an important role in negotiation processes, especially in relation to its management, causing companies to seek efficient companies to look for efficient tools to achieve better results in their their business. This paper describes the specification of a software agent-based software agent-based tool designed to evaluate the parameters of a negotiation and and perform the transaction on behalf of the entities involved.
