Ecossistemas Digitais para o Apoio a Sistemas de Governo Abertos e Colaborativos

Resumo


Este artigo aborda os sistemas de governo abertos e colaborativos como ecossistemas digitais, construindo um arcabouço conceitual para definir, especificar e desenvolver soluções computacionais voltadas a apoiar a dinâmica de funcionamento e ampliar as relações de acesso à informação, participação, gestão de conhecimento, inovação e educação nos processos de relação cidadão-governo.
