Colaboração em Equipes Multigeracionais de Sistemas de Informação
Resumo
Equipes multigeracionais são cada vez mais comuns à medida que a expectativa média de vida aumenta e mais pessoas optam por ficar no mercado de trabalho. A diversidade etária nas equipes de Sistemas de Informação (SI) é essencial para a produção de novos conhecimentos e soluções de qualidade e inovadoras. Entretanto, a colaboração entre profissionais de SI com diferentes idades, habilidades e conhecimentos é um desafio. Este estudo propõe um instrumento de apoio aos gestores destas equipes, combinando insumos de um mapeamento sistemático de literatura, entrevistas com profissionais e grupo focal com gestores. Argumenta-se que tal instrumento auxilie as equipes a atingirem seu potencial máximo em produtividade, qualidade e inovação.
