Um estudo meta-científico da ética através das redes e da cultura acadêmica-científica computacional brasileira
Resumo
Esta pesquisa investiga a ética, computacional e em pesquisa, no contexto acadêmico-científico computacional brasileiro, destacando a crescente relevância de questões éticas e morais diante do avanço tecnológico. O trabalho se divide em duas partes, uma de revisão sistemática e outra de interação com especialistas, por questionário e entrevistas. Há um cenário de escassez e deficiência de ética, embora a importância da ética seja reconhecida. Propus ações para fomentar o avanço ético ou moral, como maior envolvimento da SBC, elaboração de materiais instrucionais e integração com CEPs. A ignorância e a falta de instrução são os principais obstáculos.
