Ambidestria em TI nas Instituições Públicas Federais Brasileiras

Resumo


Empresas têm adotado jornadas de Transformação Digital (TD) para permanecerem competitivas na dinâmica atual do mercado. A ambidestria e a Governança de TI podem auxiliá-las, mas não há estudos abordando a situação no cenário público brasileiro, que conta com aspectos culturais específicos e forte ambiente político. Este estudo investiga a situação da Governança de TI, Ambidestria em TI e TD nas Instituições Públicas Federais Brasileiras e propõe um framework que combina arquétipos de Ambidestria em TI com mecanismos de Governança de TI; e um instrumento para escolha do melhor modelo. O resultado também auxilia a organizar o conhecimento sobre Governança de TI e Ambidestria em TI, bem como as organizações a executar iniciativas de TD.
