Um mapeamento sistemático sobre gestão interorganizacional e colaboração no contexto de TI

Resumo


Contexto: É sabido que as organizações estabelecem parcerias e colaboram entre si de diferentes maneiras para manterem-se competitivas. Porém, os últimos anos foram bem desafiadores devido ao período de confinamento durante a pandemia de COVID-19. Problema: O estudo busca identificar o que vem sendo discutido e desenvolvido no contexto da gestão de relacionamentos interorganizacionais nos últimos anos. Motivação: Esta pesquisa traz um panorama referente aos projetos de pesquisas realizados e quais os trabalhos ainda necessitam ser desenvolvidos na área. Solução: Foi realizado um mapeamento sistemático com intuito de revisitar a área de gestão de relacionamentos interorganizacionais e como tais organizações colaboram no contexto de TIC a partir da reexecução do mapeamento sistemático realizado em trabalhos anteriores. Resultados: Durante a coleta dos dados foram encontrados 132 resultados inicialmente, dos quais 14 publicações serviram como base para as conclusões obtidas.
