Abstract


This paper tries to describe the actions of the SBC during the terms 1993-1995 and 1995-1997. It is described some actions willing an increase in the number of members of the society, reorganization of the SBC, international visibility, publications and presence in the financing agencies. It is highlighted the actions to keep the freedom of professionals in the field, as well of companies, avoiding them to be obliged to become members of professional councils.
