Apenas Acesso Participativo e Universal ao Conhecimento?

Resumo


Este artigo apresenta uma visão crítica do quarto grande desafio (“Acesso participativo e universal do cidadão brasileiro ao conhecimento”) estabelecido pela Sociedade Brasileira de Computação (SBC) e propõe uma extensão de seu escopo para contemplar a questão do acesso no contexto mais amplo de desenvolvimento comunitário.
