Um ambiente interativo multiagente para licitação pública
Resumo
Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um ambiente interativo para licitações públicas, baseado em tecnologia de agentes inteligentes. Licitação é um procedimento administrativo destinado a selecionar, entre outras, a proposta mais vantajosa para a administração pública. As entidades presentes num processo de licitação são representadas neste trabalho por agentes, que atuam de forma transparente e autônoma. Com a utilização de agentes inteligentes torna-se possível refletir melhor o que acontece em casos reais de licitação e atender seus requisitos.
