Uma Abordagem Gamificada para a Resolução de Problemas de Melhoria do Processo de Software
Resumo
Este trabalho descreve uma dinâmica de aplicação dos elementos da gamificação em um contexto de Melhoria do Processo de Software (MPS). Ressalta-se que a dinâmica pode ser desenvolvida nas organizações (comerciais e acadêmicas) independentemente do modelo ou padrão de melhoria almejado, uma vez que foi elaborado em relação às problemáticas comuns vivenciadas e identificadas no cenário de implementações de MPS.
