Abstract

This article describes the experience of jointly implementing MR-MPS-SW and MR-MPS-SV at Fábricainfo, where the scope chosen for implementation and assessment is the Electronic Document Management (EDM) service and the software that supports this service. The article describes the decisions made for defining and implementing the processes.
