The Proceedings of the 2nd Brazilian Workshop of Logic (WBL 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, on July 18 to 23, as part of the 41st Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2021) which had the theme "Innovation and digital transformation: Facing the complexity and uncertainties of the contemporary world". In this issue, the proceedings include six full papers. These papers were selected through a blind peer-review process, from a total of nine full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 66.6%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Renata Wassermann and Carlos Olarte, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 05/16/2021, accepted for publication on 05/21/2021, with the final version submitted on 06/04/2021.
