Innovation through the Use of Bots in the Court of Justice of Amazonas: An Experience Report

Abstract

With the advent of digital transformation, organizations, whether public or private, must rethink the way they conduct their operations. In this sense, the use of RPAs - Robotic Process Automation (also called bots) becomes a strong ally that provides greater productivity and effectiveness, in addition to reducing the error rate when carrying out repetitive activities. The current work aims to present an experience report during the development of two bots for a public sector organization. The development stages are described, as well as the results achieved with the use of bots. Furthermore, difficulties and lessons learned are discussed in order to assist future bot developers.
