The Proceedings of the 7th Workshop on Computing Applied to the Management of the Environment and Natural Resources (WCAMA 2016) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Porto Alegre, during the period July 4 and 7, as part of the 36th Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2016)  which had the theme "Computing and Interdisciplinarity". The articles in this volume were submitted on April 03, accepted for publication on May 06, with the final version submitted on May 15.
