TV Digital Interativa e Lei de Acesso à Informação: Um Estudo de Caso

Resumo


É bastante notório que a TV é o meio de comunicação mais abrangente hoje no Brasil. O Sistema Brasileiro de TV Digital (SBTVD) trouxe consigo muitas melhorias e inovações como: maior qualidade de áudio e vídeo, melhor nível de compressão, suporte elevado à mobilidade e, principalmente, grandes possibilidades no uso da interatividade. A recente Lei de Acesso à Informação demonstra o quanto a TV Digital pode se tornar uma ferramenta muito importante para promoção da informação e do acesso a serviços públicos. Este artigo visa descrever esta realidade desenvolvendo uma aplicação interativa que utiliza dados disponibilizados no portal da transparência do Estado do Tocantins.
