Report on Impacts and Internal Actions in Light of the Digital Transformation Proposal in the Federal Government: The Case of ANCINE

Abstract

The challenges faced by institutions in the digital transformation of public services range from a review of business models and operational processes, and the need to balance global standardization with local customization. In the context of the Brazilian government, Digital Transformation was boosted by initiatives such as Gov.br, although the internal processes and challenges of each body are still a matter to be analyzed. This paper presents the challenges of digitizing public services at ANCINE, and presents the classification and categorization of services carried out at the agency to assist the internal Digital Transformation process.
