Chatbots na Educação Matemática: um mapeamento sistemático de 2018 a 2023

Abstract


This article presents a discussion on the results obtained from a systematic mapping of literature conducted on articles, theses, and dissertations published from 2018 to 2023, available with full text in databases of the CAPES Periodicals Portal, addressing the use of Chatbots in Mathematics Education and its implications. Using the software IRaMuTeQ, we performed exploratory analyses of a corpus consisting of the titles, keywords, abstracts, and conclusions of the articles, which helped us interpret 4 thematic categories in the studied universe.
