The Proceedings of the 26th Brazilian Symposium on Multimedia and the Web (WebMedia 2020) bring the articles selected and presented at the edition of the event held online, from November 30 to December 4, 2020. This edition includes 34 full papers, selected from 87 Full Paper (8 pages) submissions, with acceptance rates of 39%, and 18 Short Papers, comprising 8 papers selected from 23 submissions in this category, with an acceptance rate of 34%, and 10 papers that received good review scores and were invited to be published as short papers. Each submitted paper was assigned to at least three program committee members for review. The symposium committee adopted a double-blind review process to provide a fair selection from the submissions.
