DEXE Player: Uma Ferramenta para Execução de Conteúdos Especializados
Resumo
The DEXE Player executes specialized content from declarative specifications that represent information and interaction structures independently of their implementation. These specifications organize content into flows composed of typed nodes and properties describing information, navigation, interaction, state, and processing. The Player interprets this representation, controls execution progress and state, and materializes the different node types through presentation and behavior components. The current implementation was developed in Flutter as a Web application that can run in a browser or be installed on mobile devices, and includes instrumentation for recording interactions during execution. Quimioped-LLA, an application supporting nursing professionals in pediatric oncology composed of 16 topics, was implemented using this architecture and is used to characterize the Player’s functional coverage, exercising different combinations of textual and tabular content, sequencing and branching, multimedia resources with alternative descriptions, scored assessments, state management, and interactive calculations. The separation between specification and execution supports infrastructure reuse in other applications oriented toward specialized content and provides a basis for investigating specialized representations for authoring executable content.
