Resumo

The integration of digital platforms into everyday activities has transformed consumer relations. Financial transactions and commercial negotiations are now frequently conducted through online environments, which have also been exploited for different types of scams and fraud. Despite the prevalence of these incidents, information about victimization experiences remains fragmented across different reporting channels, making it difficult to build an integrated view of scam types and their evolution over time. In this work, we present a crowdsourcing Web platform for the collaborative collection of scam reports. The system enables the structured reporting of scam attempts and victimization experiences, including information about the incident, victim profile, communication channels used, and potential financial losses. Reports are stored in a way that preserves user anonymity and are used to generate aggregated statistics and visualizations without publicly exposing sensitive information. The platform thus provides an infrastructure for the continuous collection and analysis of scam reports in the Brazilian context.
