Resumo

Artificial Intelligence enables an intelligent structuring of the web, transforming static content and rigid navigation into dynamic, adaptive experiences. Because web algorithms learn from massive volumes of network data, the lack of diversity among those who create these technologies can perpetuate biases and stereotypes. Thus, female participation is technically, ethically, and structurally vital to the very operation of This article reports on the creation, organization, and first year of activities of a study group in Artificial Intelligence (AI) designed to foster the participation and leadership of women in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)the web, discussing its contribution to the inclusion, and leadership development of women in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In this context, initiatives that promote belonging, technical development, and female leadership are especially important. Over a one-year period, the group acted simultaneously on the development of its members—honing essential skills in personnel management, didactic transposition, public communication, and the organization of digital and in-person events—and on the transformation of the external community. By delivering technological literacy in AI, the group served as an accessible bridge of knowledge, promoting diversity and talent retention in ICT fields. This contribution is essential for preparing professionals capable of building web and multimedia systems free from data, algorithmic, modeling, and interaction biases.
