Aplicação Descentralizada para Controle de Frequência Acadêmica na Web3 Integrando Blockchain e Geolocalização
Resumo
This paper presents a functional proof of concept for a Decentralized Application (DApp) designed for attendance management in an academic context within the Web3 ecosystem, integrating blockchain technology with geolocation-based confirmation. The objective is to ensure higher reliability, traceability, and accuracy in academic attendance processes. By leveraging smart contracts on the Ethereum network, the steps for opening class attendance and verifying student presence are immutably recorded. This solution has the potential to modernize a process often characterized by vulnerabilities and loopholes, thereby increasing stakeholder trust through a traceable, hybrid, and robust recording alternative.
