Resumo

Enuresis is defined as frequently involuntary urination in children in ages whose control should already exist. It is estimated that about 5-10% of the world's children present nocturnal leakage or difficulty in urination during the day. Thus, various treatments have been proposed, one being the behavioral therapy, which aims to modify inappropriate behavior patterns that contribute to the persistence of enuresis. A mobile application will enable the realtime monitoring and analysis of children's activities compared with the downtime. This work aims to develop a context-aware application that will help in the treatment of children aged 5 to 10 years with enuresis during behavioral therapy. The contribution of this research is to verify the effectiveness of the context-aware applications in the behavioral treatment of enuresis through data collection and analysis with children in several countries.
