A structuring project for supervising the achievement of computing undergraduating courses: what opportunities for HCI?
Abstract
SmartUnB.ECOS is a digital educational ecosystem project for university campuses that aims at providing interoperability of communication and educational tools in order to foster socialization and learning. From a methodological viewpoint, this is a structuring project for supervising under-graduating final work (TCC), grounded on the articulation between various computing themes. Students from the 3 courses provided by the department have the opportunity to interact with the ecosystem by playing the role of learner-user or designer-apprentice. In this paper, we share TCCs recently accomplished or in progress and, based upon the literature on HCI education, we identify possibilities for debate.
