The Proceedings of the 6th Workshop on Testbed FIBRE (WFIBRE 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, on July 18 to 23, as part of the 41st Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2021) which had the theme "Innovation and Digital Transformation: Facing the Complexity and Uncertainties of the Contemporary World". In this issue, the proceedings include 7 full papers. These papers were selected through a blind peer-review process, from a total of 8 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 87,5%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Gustavo Neves Dias and Leandro Emerson Mondin, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on April 16th, 2021, accepted for publication on May 18th, 2021, with the final version submitted on June 4th, 2021.
