TICs no Apoio a Compreensão de Termos de Uso e Políticas de Privacidade
Resumo
Neste trabalho apresentamos alguns motivos que dificultam a leitura de termos de uso e políticas de privacidade por usuários da Internet é mostramos, através de uma breve revisão da literatura, como tecnologias de comunicação e informação podem ser utilizadas para melhorar a compreensão desses termos.
