O Backlash das Políticas de Diversidade na Tecnologia: Uma Revisão Sistemática sobre Impactos na Equidade de Gênero

Resumen
A equidade de gênero na tecnologia tem sido amplamente discutida diante da persistente sub-representação feminina na computação. Embora diversas iniciativas de diversidade busquem ampliar a participação de mulheres nesse setor, estudos recentes apontam mudanças e possíveis reduções nessas ações. Neste contexto, este trabalho apresenta uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura para identificar evidências sobre transformações em iniciativas de diversidade na tecnologia e seus impactos na equidade de gênero. Os resultados indicam tendências recentes na literatura e destacam desafios para a continuidade de iniciativas voltadas à promoção da diversidade na área de tecnologia.
