Análise de uma Aplicação de Modelagem Atmosférica em Nuvem e em Contêineres Utilizando Rastros

Resumo


Explorar tecnologias como a nuvem e contêineres para execução de aplicações paralelas de alto desempenho pode ser benéfica, principalmente para a pesquisa nesta área. Além de executar as aplicações, é importante obter métricas para observar o comportamento da aplicação em cada ambiente. Nesse contexto, rastros foram utilizados para visualizar a comunicação e analisar o desempenho de uma aplicação de modelagem atmosférica nesses ambientes. Os resultados indicam baixo "overhead" para a aplicação executada e que a distribuição dos contêineres pode afetar o desempenho.
