The Proceedings of the 16th Workshop on Testing and Fault Tolerance (WTF 2015) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Vitória/ES, Brazil, on May 18, 2015, as part of the 33rd Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC 2015). In this issue, the proceedings include 09 full papers. These papers were selected through a blind review from a total of 13 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 69%. The event was organized by The Federal University of Espirito Santo (UFES). The General Chair was Daniel Fernandes Macedo (UFMG). The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/21/2015, accepted for publication on 04/17/2015, with the final version submitted on 04/24/2015.
The WTF is promoted by the Special Commission on Fault Tolerant Systems (CE-TF) of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC).
The historical rescue of this edition, including the recovery of the files and the acquisition of the metadata, was carried out by Prof. Luiz Antonio Rodrigues (Unioeste) with special assistance from Prof. Elias P. Duarte Jr. (UFPR).
