The Proceedings of the 10th Workshop on Testing and Fault Tolerance (WTF 2009) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in João Pessoa/PB, Brazil, on August 31, 2009, as part of the 4th Latin-American Symposium on Dependable Computing (LADC 2009). In this issue, the proceedings include 12 full papers. These papers were selected through a blind review, from a total of 24 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 50%. The event was organized by The Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). The General Chair was Sérgio Gorender (UFBA).
The WTF is promoted by the Special Commission on Fault Tolerant Systems (CE-TF) of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC).
The historical rescue of this edition, including the recovery of the files and the acquisition of the metadata, was carried out by Prof. Luiz Antonio Rodrigues (Unioeste) with special assistance from Prof. Elias P. Duarte Jr. (UFPR).
