A systematic mapping on Social Network Analysis applied to collaboration in software projects

Abstract


Through a systematic mapping of the literature, this paper aims to map studies directly related to social network analysis in the context of collaboration in software development. We seek to list the key authors and data sources used by the primary studies. Also, identify the main metrics of social network analysis and research methods used.
