Abstract

In the "Waste Game" the user takes control of a robot called Furbot, whose main goal is to collect waste thrown by a Buggien (enemy) and place it in the correct bins. Each type of waste must be separated in a way that ensures correct disposal, encouraging recycling practices and caring for the planet. It is a solution capable of teaching the importance of recycling and correct disposal of waste, as it stimulates critical thinking and attention to detail. In addition, it works on Computational Thinking skills such as pattern recognition.
Keywords: waste, computational thinking, pattern recognition, recycling
