Definition of Patterns based on Good Practices for the development of Electronic Government Systems
Abstract
The doctoral thesis that is presented aims to develop an analysis model to define patterns of Good Practices of Electronic Government. These patterns can be applied in the Conceptual Model of public sector systems to facilitate their construction with a higher level of quality. The reusability of the systems is the dimension of software quality that is intended to be optimized with this proposal. The results of the investigation were obtained: a set of types of patterns that allow defining Good Practices of e-Government, an analysis model for the application of said patterns, and a method of cataloging and selecting patterns to incorporate a new public software in the modelling phase.
